I’ve been where you are. I grew up with no guidance, no mentor, no male role model worth following. I’ve lived burnout. Dealt with trauma. Gone through separation and divorce. Raised my kids as a single father. I know the pressure. I know what it actually costs — and how hard it is to hold it all together without falling apart.

I Spent years in high-pressure environments — commercial kitchens, FIFO operations, business ownership. I was the first to bring a world-recognised gym brand from Melbourne to Western Australia and built it into a success while my personal life was falling apart. I rebuilt from nothing.

I trained as a counsellor and men’s coach — not to change careers, but to do this work properly. With the credentials that give it structure and the lived experience that gives it truth.

I’m not here to offer a lecture. I’m here to help you get clear, get control, and rebuild — from someone who’s done it, not someone who read about it.

Professional Qualifications

Diploma of Counselling (AIPC) Qualified Counsellor, Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, Men's Coach, Abuse Counsellor, Relationship Counsellor—specialising in grief and loss, trauma recovery, and high-pressure environments.

Lived Experience

Former FIFO Superintendent, Professional Chef, Personal Trainer, and Business Owner. First to bring a world-recognised gym brand from Melbourne to Western Australia — built it from the ground up. Led teams, managed pressure, rebuilt from nothing.
